Integrating Convolo Dialer with Salesforce CRM
Convolo Dialer + Salesforce integration lets you to log all call activities, lead info and more into the Salesforce CRM.
With Salesforce + Convolo Dialer integration, you get:
Automation - Your leads are created/updated automatically within the Salesforce CRM.
Call logs - After the call via Convolo, a call log is created, including Call Recording, Outcome Tag, and Agent's Comment.
Auto-assignment - After the call via Convolo, the agent who talked with the lead is automatically assigned as a Contact owner in Salesforce.
Custom fields - All of your custom fields filled in by the agents within the Dialer after the call are saved and mapped in Salesforce according to the provided requirements.
How to set up ?
